OTC

3% of the total supply is designated for "Over The Counter" or OTC opportunities. An OTC transaction is when tokens are provided at a discount to purchasers in larger quantities. This could include opportunities for Probably Nothing to secure extra capital for expenses, or to form strategic partnerships that would benefit the project but do not fall within the context of "advisors." Any OTC deals made will include lockup terms and vesting schedules.

OTC tokens are kept in a Gnosis multisig wallet with 3 of 5 signers required to execute a transaction. Four signers are members of the Probably Nothing team, and 1 signer is a member of the community.
